Today the 5/22/2020, one of their employees came out to service our air conditioning unit, he was very professional, did an excellent job. Because we like this company, we have taken out a monthly payment charge of nineteen dollars a month to where they will come out twice a year to service the heater and air compressor and not charge for it which there normal service charge is 250 dollars.- HAROLD SCHLEF. 4/22/2020

- Superior? It's hard to find good contractors, trust me I have many years experience with flips , and home renovations. I was seeking HVAC company for total central A/C removal , and install for my condo, I choose Superior Mechanical H&A company. They didn't need to be superior, just good. Well they are SUPERIOR: straight forward estimate, no surprises(like charging beyond estimate quote), they did exactly what they said they were going to do. - I had a prior technician from Air one come to my home and try to sell me a $10,000 air conditioning unit because mine allegedly failed. When I requested an estimate for the same unit I had, they stopped communicating. I was fortunate to connect with Filipe he asked if he could confirm that my unit was shot.
